About the job

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 'Talent Acquisition Fresher' to join our HR team. In this role, you will assist with sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent across various departments. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while learning best practices in recruitment and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
2. Source candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), employee referrals, and other methods.
3. Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update recruitment status regularly.
7. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various channels.
8. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
9. Participate in campus recruitment drives and other talent acquisition events.
10. Help with offer letter preparation and onboarding procedures.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. Interest in HR and recruitment; prior internship or experience in talent acquisition is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
7. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Other requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English proficiency.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.

Internship Experience: Completed an internship in HR.

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
