About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and service requests in the company's CRM system.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and technicians through regular phone calls.
3. Generate regular reports on customer satisfaction, service performance, and other relevant metrics.
4. Coordinate with technicians to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts.

Note:
Experienced Profiles (1 year experience) can earn up to 130000 CTC
Fresher Profiles can earn up to 108000 CTC
