Junior Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client engagement and lead generation: Reach out to potential clients through calls to introduce the company's immigration services. Generate and qualify leads based on client interests and eligibility.
2. Initial consultation: Gather preliminary information about clients' backgrounds, such as their qualifications, work experience, and visa preferences.
3. Provide basic information on various immigration programs, eligibility criteria, and processing timelines.
4. Database management: Accurately record client details and conversations in the CRM system for effective follow-ups. Update client profiles regularly and ensure data integrity.
5. Follow-ups and appointment setting: Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments with immigration consultants. Remind clients about document submissions and application deadlines.
6. Client relationship building: Build rapport with potential clients and handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Offer continuous support, providing updates on services or new immigration programs as relevant.
7. Target achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client conversions. Coordinate with sales or consulting teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
