Experience : 0 Yrs to 1 Yrs

Job Description: We are currently looking for a dynamic, spirited, and convincing student relationship executive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads from database and map them appropriately.
2. Handle inbound as well as outbound communication with potential prospects.
3. Help solve queries and concerns related to the programs/courses.
4. Route the leads to the appropriate department.
5. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with existing as well as prospective students.
6. Provide clear and concise details of the product/program/course as well as explain the entire admission process.
7. Become a point of contact between the students/parents and the admissions team.
8. Impart initial counselling to the students/parents when required in order to help them decide which would be the best program/course for them.
9. Encourage student/parent walk-ins to the institute.
10. Prepare daily reports and MIS Student Services.

Criteria:

1. Must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication & customer service interpersonal skills.
2. Should have a strong convincing and negotiating ability.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office and other applications
4. Graduation is Mandatory
