Junior Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to clients to gather their requirements for website design, digital marketing, or printing services.
2. Document client requirements accurately and share them with the appropriate team members.
3. Maintain and update records of client interactions and data in an organized manner.
4. Collect relevant data from known websites and keep it systematically in spreadsheets.
5. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and client requirements collected.
6. Follow up with clients if they are unavailable during the initial call to ensure their needs are captured.
7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
