Junior Travel & Tourism Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Management: Receive and filter leads, identify the best potential clients, and present them with suitable travel packages that match their preferences and requirements.
2. Sales Follow-up: Constantly follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert them into sales. Track all follow-ups, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to booking confirmation.
3. Personalized Sales: Share tailored travel packages and itineraries with potential clients, making adjustments as needed to fit their budget and preferences.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after their trips. Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team. Regularly report on progress and success in achieving sales goals.
6. Market Research & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel deals to offer the best travel options to clients. Provide accurate and detailed information about travel packages and services.
7. Package Promotion: Promote special deals, seasonal packages, and promotional offers to encourage customers to book their travels.
8. Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing quotes, processing payments, managing bookings, and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
