Junior Travel & Tourism Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and any special requests
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate transportation, accommodation, and other travel arrangements
4. Use your proficiency in English (spoken and written) to create compelling travel content for promotional materials and social media channels
5. Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
6. Apply problem-solving skills to handle any unforeseen issues that may arise during travel, ensuring minimal disruption for clients
7. Contribute to the sales efforts by identifying potential leads, promoting travel packages, and closing deals to meet revenue targets
8. Coordinate with the vendors and get the best package as per the client's requirements
9. Organize large-scale events, including conferences and retreats as per the client's requirement
10. Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including the pros and cons of each. Coordinate with the client's point of contact in the days leading up to the event or arrangements
