1. Gain complete knowledge of all USA domestic and international airport codes
2. Assist passengers in rescheduling, cancellations, and building and pricing multistop itineraries
3. Gain knowledge of all major airlines, their hubs, and codes
4. Work on GDS Amadeus, Worldspan, or Sabre
