Junior Travel & Tourism Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

A. Travel planning, bookings, and coordination:
1. Collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners to plan and coordinate travel itineraries for clients.
2. Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
3. Utilize booking B2B platforms and systems to make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services with negotiated rates.

B. Package making, accounts & expense management:
1. Manage package costs, while maintaining profitability for the company and monitoring expenses & quotations for each trip.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to package details, invoices, and sharing with the accounts team.

C. Communication and support:
1. Communicate itinerary updates, travel documents, and relevant information effectively on client Whatsapp groups.
2. Act as a point of contact for employees in the team and clients regarding travel-related queries and concerns before, during, and after the travels.
