We are an expert at Figma. Someone who already knows how to play with design systems and components, and is comfortable making complex screens (with data tables and visualizations). The candidate should have prior experience with creating enterprise/B2B/SAAS web screens in Figma. The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and get a kick out of driving clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. A fast-growing product in the private equity ecosystem.
2. A fresh product designed to support decision-making for expert users, so deep UX is involved.
3. Multiple modules, user types, goals, geographies, and scenarios to support.
4. Work with a small, agile, focused, and funded product team with strong collaboration across product and development.
5. Collaborate with team members with deep experience and expertise in the domain and product.
6. A design system that solves the basic problems so we can focus on the value-adds.
1. 0-2 of experience with designing experiences with data. Getting them shipped is a plus.
2. Prior experience in financial/enterprise is a plus.
3. A degree from a pro design school (NID / IIT) is a plus.
4. A portfolio of work samples and source files to walk through
5. To be in Mumbai to meet & work with the team – we work out of our office in Andheri.
