We are seeking a highly motivated and talented fresher with a passion for video production, editing, and storytelling. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of video production while sharpening your skills in visual storytelling and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the video production team to create engaging and high-quality video content for various platforms.
2. Assist in the editing of video projects, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions, music, and sound effects.
3. Support the creation of motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.
4. Research and gather multimedia assets, including footage, images, and music, to support video production.
5. Operate and maintain video production equipment such as cameras, lights, and microphones.
6. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all video content.
7. Take feedback from the production team and clients, incorporating necessary changes to improve video quality and impact.
8. Stay up-to-date with video editing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.

Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in film production, multimedia, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
3. Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Familiarity with video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, is a bonus.
