KFC - Team Member Fresher Job

Key responsibility:

1) Making food products as per the SOP (veg & non-veg)
2) Taking customer orders/working on suggestive selling & upselling
3) Handling the cash counter
4) Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene of the store
5) Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
6) Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
7) Taking on any other work assigned by the manager on duty

Note: 6 days working with 1 weekly off. Rotational shifts (morning, general & closing shifts). Females will be required to work in general shift only
