2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues on laptops, printers, and other computer systems.
3. Conducting hardware replacements, upgrades, and chip-level repairs as needed.
4. Performing PCB (Printed Circuit Board) repairs and maintenance.
5. Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
6. Ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
7. Maintaining detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in laptop body repair, small motherboard repair, and printer repair.
2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, PCB repair, and chip-level repair techniques.
3. Basic software knowledge to assist in diagnosing and fixing software-related issues.
4. Minimum of 2 years of total work experience in a similar role (preferred).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
