We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 'Last Mile Associate' to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export/import processes, packaging, supply chain management, dispatch operations, and documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers, with a focus on optimizing last-mile logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Export/import operations:
- Manage and oversee the export and import processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
2. Packaging and dispatch:
- Ensure products are packaged securely and appropriately for transport.
- Oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
3. Documentation and compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping and receiving activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
2. 0-5 years of experience.
3. Candidates with prior experience in logistics, export/import, supply chain, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
4. Preferred candidates with an understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. The candidate should be willing to work from the office Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays working.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
