4. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and educational partners.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
