Key responsibilities:

1. Do cold calling and generate leads by reaching out to the prospects
2. Set up appointments with qualified prospects and ensure the setup appointment happens
3. Build a continuous pipeline and ensure the quality and quantity of leads generated
4. Analyze and improve methods to ensure increased conversations and conversions
