We are seeking a trainee lead generation professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our business growth by identifying and generating new opportunities through various platforms and research. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and generating new business opportunities using a variety of platforms such as websites, Google, LinkedIn, and B2B directories.
2. Conducting in-depth research to build a comprehensive knowledge database, staying updated on market trends, competitors, and potential prospects.
3. Generating leads by effectively utilizing Job Boards, LinkedIn, and similar websites.
4. Developing a strong understanding of different business sectors and industries to identify the functions and job titles that possess the required skills.
5. Applying your knowledge and experience in leveraging LinkedIn leads through sales navigator and other relevant tools.
6. Working diligently to achieve weekly and monthly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive lead generation success.
7. Maintaining a basic understanding of CRM tools to effectively manage and tracking leads and prospects.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background preferred.
2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Familiarity with online research and lead generation tools.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
7. A basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
