Lead Technician Fresher Job

You will manage a team responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of electric vehicles (EVs), particularly two-wheelers. This role requires a blend of leadership skills and deep technical expertise in EV systems.

As the Lead Technician, you will oversee daily operations, resolve technical issues, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain client satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor junior technicians, manage projects, enforce compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Key responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior technicians, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance.
2. Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot complex EV issues, stay updated on industry trends, and provide technical guidance.
3. Project Management: Oversee maintenance schedules, service projects, and resource allocation.
4. Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all activities.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Address client concerns and provide solutions, building long-term relationships.
6. Tools & Equipment: Manage tools inventory, train staff, and assess new technologies.
7. EV Two-Wheeler Knowledge: Troubleshoot and repair issues in batteries, motors, controllers, and charging systems.
