1. Work on the sale of the institute's publication (books) to the visitors of the library and other municipal councils, corporations and institutes.
2. Prepare debit bills and pro-forma invoices.
3. Update the mailing list for the institute's published journals and dispatch.
4. Work on shelving and accessioning of books.
5. Work on yearly dispatch of AIILSG diary and calenders to government officials and AIILSG centres as per requirement.
6. Work on journal subscription and renewal. Handle entries in journal files, processing the subscribed journal and its display. Handle entry of complimentary journals.
7. Work on study material distribution to SI, LGS, and LSGD course students. Work on the distribution of study material to AIILSG centres as well. Handle preparation of challan and bills of the same.
8. Maintain stock of study material (LSGD and LGS).
9. Handle distribution of stationary to all staff members, centres in Mumbai and for training programmes.
10. Work on maintaining a stock of the stationery and bill transactions.
11. Handle maintaining a record of the stock of books published by our institute.
12. Issue return transaction procedure of textbooks, reference books, general reading books, journals etc. to the students, staff and outside members.
13. Work on newspaper entry in file.
14. Handle cash deposit transactions with the accounts department.

1. Salary range: Rs. 15,000/- + provident fund deduction (12%).
2. Location: Teacher's Colony, Bandra (East).
3. Timings: 10.00 am to 5.30 pm (pick up & drop from Bandra Depot and Kurla).
