1. Oversee quality control measures to guarantee adherence to established standards and ensure processes meet defined quality benchmarks
2. Analyze information about a job's tasks, responsibilities, duties, and requirements to be created by the HR team
3. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
4. Help with the onboarding process for new hires,
including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
5. Help in drafting
and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed
6. Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance
7. Participate in cultural sensitivity training programs or workshops to enhance their awareness and understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace
8. Assist in maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
9. Support the performance management process by tracking performance appraisal timelines compiling feedback, and maintaining performance records by using HRM tools (and/or) PMS tools
10. Meet with the management teams to discuss performance reports, goals, priorities and expectations
12. Monitor team members' performance and productivity
13. Create reports for management teams
14. Supervise daily activities to ensure quality and proper completion of the allocated tasks
15. Create schedules and delegate assignments and tasks
Requirements:
