About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Be trained to manage team of 8-10 people in research and sales.
2. Provide buy/sell/hold recommendations for Intraday, Nifty/Bank Nifty/Fin Nifty options, short term and positional trades.
3. Develop various trading strategies with good risk reward ratio in derivative segments.
4. Post live on various social handles like Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. daily.
5. Creating new trading strategies and improving the existing ones to cope with the changing market scenario.
6. Write technical reports pertaining to intraday transactions.
7. Carry out MMT and MMOC weekly practice session webinar (under guidance of Mr. Tushar Ghone - SEBI Registered Equity Research Analyst).
8. Carry out sales team basic training on various topics viz. technical analysis, calculations, trading strategies etc.
9. Make short write-ups and literature notes related to the various stock market concepts.
10. Make content and technical write-ups related to existing and new stock market courses.
11. Track changes in the financial market.

Other requirements

1. MBA in Finance or related field (Freshers or 1-2 years of experience).

2. Profound understanding of Indian and Global stock market. In addition, a deep understanding of Technical and fundamental analysis, financial modelling, Equity, derivatives, and strategy research.

3. Should have good knowledge of option trading in practical and theoretical.

4. Should have good presentation skills.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
