About the job

The 'Management Trainee' will undergo a structured training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in various aspects of an organization. This role provides exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a Full-time opportunity within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Training and development:
a. Participate in a structured training program in 1 of the mentioned roles of the business, which includes tech support, demand generation, and customer success.
b. Gain hands-on experience through project assignments and skill placements.

2. Team collaboration:
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
b. Participate in team meetings, provide input, and contribute to problem-solving.

The selected candidate will be placed in any of the below-mentioned functions as per their interest and fitment.

3. Tech support:
a. Issue resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary, and ensure follow-up until resolution.
b. Customer assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
c. Support ticket management: Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

4. Demand generation:
a. Support the development of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
b. Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media).
c. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

5. Customer success:
a. Collaboration with internal teams on the requirements of their customers.
b. Closely work with the CSMs on the assigned accounts.
c. Be proactive in tracking the status of tickets, issues, and overall utilization of the platform by the customers.

Other requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field. (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.)

• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
