Management Trainee (Marketing) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing projects against timelines, budgets, and deliverable
2. Ensure that deadlines are being met and escalate any delays to the reporting manager
3. Input project data and update tracking tools to reflect current progress
4. Assist in generating weekly or monthly project status reports
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines, costs, scope, and quality
6. Monitor resource allocation and report on any inefficiencies or resource shortages
7. Communicate with project teams to collect updates on tasks and identify potential roadblocks
8. Coordinate meetings, track meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure project milestones are achieved
9. Identify potential risks or issues that could affect the project timeline or deliverables
10. Prepare risk mitigation reports and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed
11. Provide feedback on the project tracking process and suggest improvements to streamline tracking procedures
12. Update project tracking templates and documentation as needed

Requirements:

1. Recent graduate in BBA, BMS, MMS, or any related field
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports
6. Team player with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
7. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira) is a plus
