1. Researching various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
2. Diagnosing the clients' specifications and wishes and suggesting suitable travel packages or services
3. Organizing travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
4. Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc.)
5. Collecting deposits and balances
6. Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
7. Creating and updating electronic records of clients
8. Maintaining relationships with key persons
Requirements:
1. Only B. Tech graduates from a reputed institution
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
3. Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
4. Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.)
5. Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively
6. Students pursuing a degree/diploma/master's in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a relevant field
7. Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
8. Candidates with a good academic record from reputed institutes will be given preference; if you have traveled to foreign countries, you definitely have a chance
Note: We are looking for a travel consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
