1. Associate degree in a technical/electronics field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 0-1 years of experience testing, repairing, and maintaining products or an equivalent work history with the ability to interpret and use schematics, layouts, and other technical documents, will be preferred.
3. Understanding and ability to use all types of basic test equipment (multimeters, power supply) and hand tools (tweezers, pliers, etc).
4. Ability to solder both through hole and smd components.
5. Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a team.
