We are looking for a team member to manage the marketing initiatives of AlmaShines in our new vertical of 'Corporate Communities'. Since AlmaShines is among the pioneers in this space, we need someone who has a desire to grow a thorough understanding of the market and lead AlmaShines to rule the space. While we would love to know more about your approach and thoughts to the growing prowess of AlmaShines in this domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Activation: Identify the key stakeholders within the target organizations, engage them to grow awareness, and keep track of core activation parameters.
2. Digital presence management: Grow online presence across all digital channels, websites, and social media platforms. Email marketing and content marketing, maintaining a consistent and relevant approach.
3. Lead generation: Harness the channels and activation to identify and attract potential clients within the HR and organizational management sectors, which may also include a selective outreach to understand the use cases and introduce the solutions.
4. Thought leadership: Establish thought leadership by collaborating with organizations and their HR teams to develop and promote strategies for engaging with ex-employees, including the best practices for maintaining active and meaningful connections with alumni, including newsletters, events, and digital platforms.
5. Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, especially those targeting HR professionals and ex-employee engagement, providing regular reports and insights to improve future initiatives.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Brand positioning: Assist in refining and communicating our brand's unique value proposition in the market, particularly in the context of HR and ex-employee community management by engaging with HR teams and organizational leaders to gather feedback and refine our product's messaging and positioning.
