Key responsibilities:

1. Manage this full-time on-site role as a sales and marketing specialist
2. Add new clients to the business, maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote additional services to both existing and prospective clients
3. Understand market requirements and provide tailor-made solutions through Eeshaan group products and services
4. Utilize technology effectively to generate market leads with a high probability of conversion into prospective clients
5. Report periodically to top management on lead generation versus hit rate
