Mathematics Trainer (Abacus & Vedic Math) Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

Viswam Edutech Solutions Private Limited is seeking passionate 'Mathematics Trainers' to join our team. In this role, you will:

1. Teach and train faculty: Provide instruction and training to school faculty on mathematics subjects, ensuring effective teaching techniques are implemented.
2. School visits: Regularly visit schools to assist teachers in integrating new pedagogical methods into their classrooms, which includes developing lesson plans and documenting progress.
3. Content creation: Utilize your excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to create engaging and effective content for various mathematics topics.
4. Standardized test preparation: Leverage your experience in teaching standardized tests such as NTSE and Olympiads, as well as state-level competitions, to enhance student outcomes.
5. Travel requirements: Be willing to travel within designated areas (Khammam, Vijayawada, Kurnool) to train teachers, conduct service visits, demonstrations, and refresher sessions.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with educators to promote best practices in mathematics education and foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

1. Educational background: A degree, postgraduate degree, or PhD in Mathematics.
2. Experience: 1-5 years of teaching or training experience is preferred, with a background in education being a significant advantage.
3. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
4. Compensation: The salary bracket is between 18,000 - 22,000 INR, plus travel allowances (TA + DA) and accommodation during trips.
