Key responsibilities:

1. Source new clients & will be holding sales targets to achieve
2. Research avenues for building business through these new clients, prospecting including cold calls, presenting & engaging the client about our offerings & solutions
3. Demonstrate proven project management & planning skills, extreme attention to detail, experiential technology understanding & ability to communicate well both verbally & in written form

Other requirements

1. Graduation in any stream (a must) & post-graduation in marketing/mass media/advertising/event management/masters in tourism administration (preferred)

2. Strong relationships & connections with marketing professionals/brand managers/decision makers among the corporate & agencies

3. Understanding of brands & their needs to connect with consumers/target audience

4. Fair knowledge of MICE and travel tourism

5. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel despite tight deadlines

6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint is a must

7. Experience in crafting narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long-range strategic partnerships

8. Highly customer-oriented with a proven ability to build internal and external relationships

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
