Microfinance Loan Officer (Field Sales) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

This is a field sales role where you would be selling Freecharge microfinance products (loans) to women's self-help groups in the assigned areas and villages.

As a loan officer you would be responsible for -

1. Maintaining cordial relations with all village-level officials and others; publicizing all the products transparently in the villages on behalf of the organization, and carrying out, diligently, all the responsibilities allocated to you by the Branch Manager from time to time

2. Adding clients, adding groups, meeting business targets, maintaining portfolio quality and controlling delinquency. You will be responsible for identifying villages, conducting village surveys (when BM consents to the same), conducting projection meetings, group formation, center meetings, cross sales, and providing services to members.

3. Ensuring adherence to policies and processes, correcting procedural flaws; proper documentation; and compliance with internal audit recommendations for the assigned centers and related documents.
