The MIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing TORRINS' learning management system (LMS) across various schools across the country. This role involves coordinating with school managers, generating insightful reports, aligning with school-specific software, and ensuring seamless data flow and reporting for effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the TORRINS' LMS software across Group Schools.
2. Coordinate with school managers to ensure proper usage and alignment with school systems.
3. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on LMS performance, student progress, and other key metrics.
4. Ensure smooth integration and reporting between the school's software and TORRINS' systems.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for school managers on software issues.
6. Stay updated on emerging trends in LMS and education-related technology.
Working days: Monday to Friday (full day)
Saturdays: Half day
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
1. Graduate with excellent academic background. Must have scored above 85% in English in the 12th Boards (preferably from ICSE).
2. Strong command of written and verbal English communication.
3. Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of internet-based applications and software usage.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports effectively.
5. Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work with multiple schools simultaneously.
6. Experience in using LMS platforms or similar education software (optional).
7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for report generation (mandatory).
8. Prior experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
