Key responsibilities:

1. Making new systems-based dashboards on Google Sheets/Excel
2. Designing new Excel/Google Sheet-based dashboards
3. Designing, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems
4. Identify our needs and gaps in our content and recommend new ideas
5. Maintaining, managing, and updating software
6. Develop new automation tools & customized Google Sheets & applications
7. Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making improvement plans
