MIS Operations Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Play the role of an MIS specialist for building reports and dashboards in Excel
2. Work on daily fixed report template updates
3. Ensure sales coordination for school tagging and invoice tagging data
4. Work on school and item master creation in SAP
5. Gather data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
6. Ensure data accuracy by performing regular data validation and reconciliation tasks
7. Maintain school data and work on school master creation, CRM training & support
8. Coordinate with the development team for data queries from CRM or SAP
9. Work on user management for the sales team
10. Train different user groups for new features of CRM
11. Work as the SPOC for any queries related to CRM for the sales team
12. Work on QR code creation for content
13. Create a standard operating procedure for any feature update on CRM

Requirements:

1. Advanced Excel and SQL skills (basic or intermediate)
2. Good data, analytical & problem-solving skills
