Key responsibilities:

a. Training & Support:
1. Train and support the field team in using Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for the field team regarding data-related support and issues.

b. Data Management & Quality Assurance:
1. Manage processes within the field team to ensure efficient data collection and reporting.
2. Conduct program audits to assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Perform data quality assessments to verify the reliability and validity of collected data.

c. Training & Reporting:
1. Consolidate monthly training plans, pre-and post-test scores, attendance records, and fee collection details.
2. Ensure budget requests, advance requests, and training plans are prepared in designated formats and submitted on time.
3. Oversee the preparation and submission of training reports and settlements in prescribed formats.
4. Data reviews with field teams and training audits
