Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team and marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
2. Create visually stunning motion graphics and character animations for various digital platforms, including videos, social media content, websites, and presentations.
3. Focus on illustrating relevant and visually pleasing illustrations, often translating complex technical information into clear and understandable visuals.
4. Communicate messages effectively.
5. Stay up to date on design trends and illustration techniques.
6. Create entire explainer videos from 300 words of script.
7. Work on sound design and post-production of rendered motion design.

1. Proficiency in motion design, character animation, and illustration techniques, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in these areas.
2. Strong portfolio exhibiting a variety of illustration and motion styles and techniques.
3. Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator or similar software.
4. Excellent grasp of color theory, composition, and visual design principles.
5. Ability to transform written concepts into compelling visuals.
6. Creative problem-solving skills, thinking innovatively to tackle design challenges.
7. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
