1. Assisting with recording artists.
2. Working and completing songs/music projects currently going on at the studio.
3. Managing studio, studio gears & types of equipment.
4. Working on ideas and developing them for pitches and other projects.
Requirements:
A. Music Production:
1. Music producer who is quick and capable of producing music across most pop genres (however skilled in at least one/two genres) and is comfortable working on logic or any other DAW for music production.
2. Has great sonic taste and is collaborative.
3. Someone who understands applied music theory.
3. The capability to do background scores for films, teasers, trailers, etc will be an add-on.
4. Is an instrumentalist (Guitarist/Pianist/etc).
5. Willing and interested in assisting and working on indie/pop/rock/hip-hop independent and feature film work for Bollywood and other regional Indian films/advertisement films/ jingles, etc.
6. Someone who has already worked on film scores and projects will be handy. However, not mandatory.
P.S. Note - Great sonic taste of sounds with dance music production along with an amalgamation of Indian instrumentations/rhythms will be an added advantage. Hence, more preferred.
B. Mixing:
1. Can do final mix for songs, jingles, etc. (If you can do the master, then it will be an add-on to the skillset)
2. Mix understanding of Indian pop music, hip-hop, rock, etc.
P.S. If you are good with both areas, then it's preferable. However, if not, we will go ahead and hire two talents.
1. Great dance music production skillset with Indian instrumentation and rhythms apart from other genres, will surely be an added advantage.
2. Capability to do final mix and master deliverable.
3. In case you can do production and mix, added advantage.
4. In case we rate skillsets and assume you are a 7/10 producer and a 9/10 mix engineer, you will still be preferred.
5. Someone flexible to work on Day/Night Shifts, will be preferred. Mostly you will be working overnight shifts.
Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
