1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for all verticals General Trade, Modern Retail & E Com.
2. Responsible for achieving planned sales Targets Through channels and through customers
3. Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external Resources.
4. Leading, Directing, Managing & Motivating Sales teams all across to achieve their sales targets.
5. Manage relationships with key account managers in primary buying locations& map significant buyers in other locations
6. Prepare monthly travel plans & working plans for the sales team.
1. Exposure to working in a startup is an added advantage.
2. Good knowledge of Excel, macros, and MIS is required.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹40,000 - 50,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
