Key responsibilities:

1. Manage incidents effectively to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
2. Monitor day-to-day tech operations to ensure efficiency and resolve issues promptly
3. Manage firewall operations, including policy enforcement and ISP/network distribution, to ensure secure and optimized connectivity
4. Administer user account creation and system policies in Active Directory, enhancing access control and organizational efficiency
5. Oversee network configuration and optimization, including load balancing, bandwidth monitoring, and account management for seamless communication
6. Conduct hardware testing, diagnosis, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance
