We are seeking a dedicated back office and admin officer to join our team and oversee all aspects of our payment processes, tax compliance, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling payouts of multiple vendors including packaging, products, services, etc.
2. Ensuring all the company bills are organized and uploaded in their respective folders
3. Working on all the compliance tasks, including TDS and GST
4. Coordinating with the CA team to ensure accurate and timely payment of TDS challans, cross-verifying amounts and vendor details
5. Managing employee onboarding and maintaining accurate records of employee data in our software
6. Performing back-office administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, effectively
7. Demonstrating a proactive attitude and a strong interest in achieving compliance objectives
