4. Maintain a high level of English proficiency in both written and spoken communication with colleagues and clients.
5. Provide general administrative support to team members, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
6. Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings, events, and other office activities.
7. Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
8. Monitoring and fulfilling orders, packaging and shipping.
9. Handling opening and closing of office, when required, including key handling.
