Key responsibilities:

1. Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs
2. Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Decathlon's products, services, and offers across all channels
3. Sell available products physically or digitally that meet customer needs
4. Remain available for customers and team members
5. Ensure the best-in-class layout and availability for my sport
6. Create a welcoming, seductive, and engaging layout to boost sport business
7. Ensure customer-friendly layouts facilitate SIBC (Self Informed Best Choice) and fulfill the quick store strategy
8. Guarantee customer and teammates' safety in-store, with products, and stock storage
9. Ensure products' physical and digital availability (stock availability and accuracy)
10. Implement various layout strategies to boost business (CAD Plan, SCF, brand recommendations, local strategies, etc.)
11. Master tools needed to provide the best-in-class offer, display, and availability (tools: cube in, stock n business, etc.)
12. Ensure stock accuracy (inventory management)
