5. Take accountability for merchandising and stock management within my sports territory.
6. Oversee piloting, budgeting, and P&L for my sport, focusing on margin and shrinkage control.
7. Guarantee the results of my economic performance through accurate forecasting and analysis, ensuring that I deliver on commitments.
8. Practice my sport a minimum of once a week, with exceptions made for seasonal sports.
9. Build and nurture a sports community within my catchment area.
10. Serve as a mediator between users and country sports leaders, providing valuable feedback.
11. Maintain an updated planner, including events, workshops, and leaves.
12. Recruit future sports leaders with the assistance of my coach.
