Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance through to their start date.
Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new employees to ensure they are well-integrated into the company culture.
Prepare, process, and maintain necessary documentation and records for new hires.
Facilitate effective communication between new hires and various departments within the organization.
Ensure new hires have all necessary tools, resources, and information to start their job effectively.
Provide continuous support to new employees during their transition period, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Assist in developing and refining onboarding policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive onboarding process.
