As an online reputation management (ORM) executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding the reputation of our brand in the digital realm. Your primary responsibilities will include social listening, engagement with our audience, content creation, and proactive measures to enhance our brand's positive image. You will be tasked with monitoring various online platforms, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to effectively manage and improve our online reputation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establish policies and procedures, systems, and standards that will avoid any negative impacts on the organization.
2. Work on the development of positive content, and schedule regular positive stories to build trust.
3. Engage with the audiences, based on positive attributes of the brand.
4. Work on online content, tracking, and analysis of reputation factors and accounts for the successful management of the Brand s reputation.
5. Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions.
6. Consistently create an exceptional consumer experience with each contact via inbound/outbound posts/tweets/email.
7. Perform an in-depth audit of the information on the World Wide Web and ensure the positive reputation of the brand.
8. Continuously work on monitoring/tracking the reputation of the brand on various outlets, e.g. social media, search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
9. Regularly produce positive content for engagement with the audience.
10. Work towards enhancing and building the organization s reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
