As an 'Online Sales Consultant,' you will develop a strong understanding of IT hardware and software through our comprehensive training program. You'll learn how to analyze customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and navigate negotiations effectively.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct Audio and video calls with prospective customers who have reached out to us to understand their need and explain our offerings
2. Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels
3. Collaborate closely with the sales Head and leads to develop strategies for targeting new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships
4. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
5. Provide timely and responsive communication to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
8. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development activities

Requirements:
1. A Diploma or an undergraduate degree is a requirement
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,40,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,40,000 /year
