Operation Associate Trainee Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing and maintaining organization databases and personnel records, leading the end-to-end recruitment process, and fostering organizational culture through engagement activities.
2. Assist in documentation, administrative duties, employee career growth, and performance management with the help of KPIs, KRAs, and OKRs.
3. Update internal databases, support HR documents, revise organizational policies, and set up new processes and procedures.
4. Support procurement process, liaise with external partners, and assist in payroll, logistics, accounting, and inventory management.
5. Assisting in accounting by book-keeping, maintaining journal entries of expenditure in an organized manner & supporting in GST returns filing.
6. Actively participate in project management and perform additional tasks as assigned.
7. Assist in employee career growth, rewards & recognition, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
