About the Job:

The Field Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all field activities are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources, meet deadlines, and achieve operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

a. Operations Management:
1. Supervise and manage field operations to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

b. Team Coordination:
1. Lead and coordinate field teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
2. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with goals.

c. Resource Management:
1. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies.

d. Quality Control:
1. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Conduct regular field audits and inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

e. Client Relations:
1. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any potential issues.

f. Reporting and Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
2. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on operational status and achievements.

g. Problem-Solving:
1. Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.
2. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

h. Compliance and Safety:
1. Ensure all field operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Promote and enforce a culture of safety among field teams.

7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
