Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from US-based customers, addressing their logistics-related inquiries and managing their business needs.
2. Maintain and update basic reports in Excel to track operational data and performance metrics.
3. Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients and end users.
4. Utilize critical-thinking skills to provide solutions and handle customer issues efficiently while adhering to legal load limitations.
5. Deliver high-quality service, including creative problem-solving and adding value during client conversations.

Other requirements

6. Previous international voice customer support experience preferable.

7. Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.

8. Familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
