About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Motivate drivers to use the latest technology and earn more
2. Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all drivers
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer/hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles
4. Work on the management of trip sheets, on-demand sheets, vehicle spread, and driver documents required for smooth management of the vehicles
5. Take ownership of implementing strategic initiatives of the company

1. Bachelor’s degree required

2. Ability to bring efficiency and optimization in operations through effective use of technology like driver app, route planner, delivery app, etc.

5. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

6. Utilize flexible work timings to enhance productivity

7. Strong analytical and organizational skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
