1. Route planning and delivery: Develop efficient delivery routes and oversee self-delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
2. Operations management: Manage the forward and reverse logistics operations for a specific city, including pick-up, delivery, and returns.
3. Customer interaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, and order status.
4. Payment collection: Collect deposits before delivery for customers with KYC issues.
5. Procurement: Make ad-hoc purchases for warehouse utilities and packing materials.
6. Inventory management: Conduct daily inventory audits to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
7. Warehouse maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep.
8. Inventory expansion: Purchase additional inventory items and tag them properly to meet customer demand.
9. Product migrations: Coordinate the migration of products between warehouses as needed.
10. Warehouse management: Ensure the proper functioning of the warehouse, including addressing issues with Wi-Fi, water, and other utilities.
Please Note: This role requires the selected candidate to come to Bangalore for a month for initial training, post which they will be overseeing the operations of the Delhi warehouse in person as well as a few other warehouses remotely, with occasional visits.
The selected candidate will be provided with a one-month-long stay for the training duration in Bangalore.
